Vienna, Austria –The European School of Radiology (ESOR), under the umbrella of the European Society of Radiology (ESR) and with the support of Siemens Healthineers, successfully delivered a Special Focus Course on Alzheimer’s Disease from September 4–5, 2025. The course attracted more than 1,000 participants from over 100 countries, highlighting the global demand for high-quality, accessible education in the field of medical imaging.
The two-day online course, offered free of charge for ESR members,provided radiologists and healthcare professionals with essential knowledge on diagnostic methods, biomarkers, and advanced imaging modalities such as MRI and PET scans.
With a maximum of 10.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®), participants benefited from an evidence-based curriculum combining theory, case presentations, and interactive discussions led by renowned European experts.
